A lovely local Thai house with a warm, homey feel; the owner is very friendly, responsive, and welcoming. The room was spacious, there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and it’s just a few minutes walk away from Karon Beach. It feels more like staying in a family home, which made me feel very comfortable and safe as a solo traveller. Highly recommend 😊

The staff were pleasant and the room was clean, but they were stingy about changing towels, soap, and shampoo daily; I had to request service instead of it being automatic.

We booked a family room with a balcony that comfortably fit four people, the staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, the décor matched the photos and all appliances worked, giving us eight pleasant days; however, the Wi‑Fi was extremely weak so we bought data on trip.com, and one bedroom’s window faces the area where many air‑conditioner fans are installed, meaning the window must stay closed or it gets noisy.

The apartment sits right in the centre, breakfast each morning offered a variety of egg dishes and the coffee was good; it’s only five steps to the venue, there are eateries nearby that I can highly recommend, and my ground‑floor room was quiet with an inner‑courtyard that has several dining options, bars and even a 7‑Eleven around the corner; the room was relatively long and narrow, not very bright—though that didn’t matter for me as a late sleeper—and very simple in style, just functional, lacking a small table with seating; the sliding front door and its dark‑tinted glass let you look out but not see in.

I stayed in a room that had a fridge, TV, and bathroom, and it felt more like a guesthouse than a hotel, yet I never saw any other guests. The place was extremely quiet, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly every day. The staff would ask daily if I wanted the room cleaned, which I appreciated as it showed their care. Check‑in and check‑out were handled at the owners’ restaurant; they were friendly, attentive, and respected our privacy, so you can stay without worry. The breakfast was generous, delicious, and made with a lot of affection and kindness. I definitely want to return. Warm greetings from Brazil!
