The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very rude, acting like they were Malaysian people, and they always charge for no reasonable reason; if a sibling or relative comes to the room, they charge RM20 for no reason. They were very rude when speaking with customers.

I have never stayed in such a dirty hotel; the environment was really bad, the hotel itself was filthy, the air conditioner was neither cold nor clean, the sheets were never changed even after repeated requests, it was disgusting. There were people shouting in the middle of the night. A hotel like this is not worth staying at for free 😯😆😆
