The location, room cleanliness, and services are excellent. The staff who attended us were friendly and helpful. I would have liked a common area to heat food.

Central. We had to wait a while for someone to appear at reception. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the street is unfortunately very loud, which is expected on Gran Via. The bed was quite small for two people.
