The room was tidy, the mattress superb, and the pillows excellent, but the staff at the breakfast lounge disappointed me; I arrived at about 9:40, and by 10:05 there was no bread left. When I asked a staff member for more, she was quite rude, saying it was after 10 am and she wouldn’t restock it. The instant coffee was dry and there was no spoon to use, and despite the variety of items, the staff showed no willingness or kindness to help.

It was my first time staying at the hotel; the staff were very friendly, the rooms were impeccable, very clean and tidy, and the overall experience was very positive.
