The atmosphere feels welcoming, and the real highlight is definitely the waterfall right on the property. Nothing else to mention.

The lodge has big rooms, a waterfall inside, and a good location, but the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional, the breakfast ran from 9 to 10 which felt too late, the breakfast itself was very simple, and the lodge’s restaurant was closed.

The setting was well organized amid nature. The room was comfortable with a nice hot tub on the chalet balcony. Mariana was very helpful. Breakfast was simple but adequate. One staff member could be more welcoming. We couldn't use the room fireplace.
