Breeze Holiday Parks - Mary River, Mount Bundey, is situated halfway between Kakadu National Park and Darwin. The park features two swimming pools, a seasonal restaurant, and air-conditioned cottages with verandas overlooking the natural landscape. Located along 3 km of riverfront, it offers fishing, bird watching, and boat cruises, with nearby access to Hardy's Billabong and Shady Camp.

It served as a solid stopover on our way to Kakadu National Park, right in the heart of the wilderness. There are nature walks available, and the grilled barramundi dinner that night was fabulous. The cabin was comfortable, though it had a slightly stale smell.

The staff were very helpful and let me check in early; it was a relaxing stop on my way to Darwin, and I enjoyed a good dinner and breakfast.

The grounds are well kept and clean, and there is a laundry and an outdoor BBQ kitchen for convenience. However, they could have supplied or sold laundry detergent and had some cooking utensils available. A few rooms need maintenance.
