The room looked brand‑new or freshly renovated, though tiny, with new furniture and a new bathroom, and the receptionist was excellent – we arrived around 1 am after a late tournament, asked for food, and he not only delivered it but also brought plates, cutlery and glasses to our room past 2 am. However, the room had many issues: the mattress was heavily used and the sheets were too small, constantly coming loose; we only had one bath towel for a couple; there was no intercom, forcing us to go down for a towel and a hair‑dryer; the light switch was on the headboard so sitting on the bed turned the light off; there were no power sockets by the bed, only three scattered sockets (one in the bathroom, one near the door, one behind a piece of furniture at the foot of the bed), so I charged my phone in the bathroom and my husband by the door; the shower enclosure was very small, and the shower head sprayed forward onto the glass seam, causing a lot of water to spill onto the toilet area, which I had to dry; the bathroom waste bin was tiny with an opening of about 8 cm, and there was no bin in the room, so we left trash on the bedside table, only to find it full of ants in the morning.

“Hotel confortável e com preço justo”

All staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean—bed linen, towels, and the environment. My room had renovated facilities. The electric shower was excellent, and the outlets were clearly marked with voltage. Breakfast was well‑served, varied, and tasty. They also offered plated dishes that were high quality and very reasonably priced. The location is great. The only improvement I’d suggest is installing a small hygiene shower and using a larger trash can in the bathroom. I really liked the hotel and would stay again if I return to the city.

The locals are fine, but the hotel should enforce silence more strictly; guests who ignore quiet hours made our nights noisy because of other apartments.
