I can’t say enough about how friendly the staff were – absolutely incredible.

They only offered cheap plastic and paper cups, no real cups or glasses, and the TV was smaller than my work monitor. They charged over 300 at night for a single bedbug on the floor. I was there for 20 minutes, told them I’d only stay one night, not four, and they wouldn’t let me leave after two nights. I never actually stayed the last night I paid for. I’ve never had a worse experience in 100 hotels. It’s not in New Westminster; it’s in Queensboro, a middle‑of‑nowhere spot that’s terrible. There’s no bathroom counter, only a sink almost 3 feet wide, and the overall situation was horrible. I politely asked to leave, but they forced me to stay even though there were vacancies during the long weekend. I’ll never book there again. The coffee ran out, and I had to walk 15 minutes to Tim Hortons, which I hate. I took a video but can’t post it.

The staff were very friendly, but the place was quiet.

Tiny rooms, no air conditioning so room was hot all night. no elevators to you had to walk up stairs. Very pricey at $173 with the poorest quality room that I have every had, The mattress was larger than the box springs. The bar of soap was the size of a quarter. The Tv required a 6 step process to turn on. The furniture was cheaply made and well worn. Tiny rooms, no air conditioning so room was hot all night. no elevators to you had to walk up stairs. The location was convenient for us, but the outside noise was loud and the room was very small.
