Everyone was great… All good… I recommend it; I forgot my phone, my brother called and returned it—honest people.

Owner Sajid is very friendly and helpful, pleasant to talk to. The location is good, in a quiet area, close to the lake and many local restaurants. The room was excellent for the price, with a decent amount of space, a bathroom with hot water, and fairly quick WiFi. The price (around 750 rs. per night) is truly exceptional. I liked this homestay and would stay here again if I return to Srinagar. The bed was really hard, even by Indian standards.

The rooms were reasonably priced and kept tidy, though one mattress was a bare hard sheet while the other was comfortable; the manager was very helpful. The bare hard sheet mattress was a problem despite a soft one being offered, pillows were also hard, and mosquitoes were plentiful with no screens on the windows, making sleep impossible over two nights; I suggest installing screens and adding at least a wardrobe or a table and chair.

The stay was good and available at a cheap price. Had geyser, fans and towels. You can get drinking water from them. Overall a very nice property near to Dal lake. Power cut. But in all of Kashmir power cuts were there. So we had to manage with it
