The host is welcoming. However, when you click “itinéraire” on the site it directs you to a different address, a derelict house in the center of Lourdes opposite the real location; if you enter the full address into a navigation app it doesn’t recognize it, so you must use one of the two. I wasn’t expected that day, the management was poor, arrival and departure times were wrong: check‑in after 16:00 and check‑out at 10:00. There’s no way to cook; breakfast is very simple—baguette, jam, margarine, and the café in the family kitchen.

The spouse of Christiane is fair. Christiane has been deceased for over a month. The spouse is unaware of the reservations. He has already received some guests but has not been “paid” and worries about the future, knowing that accepting reservations incurs costs. We settled this rental on the day of booking (more than 2 months ago) and it would be hard to understand why this person does not receive the amount of that transaction. We will verify the proper handling of this payment.

The accommodation is within walking distance of Lourdes’ highlights. The bedroom is very small. The owner only speaks French, not English.

Madame and her husband are very kind! The room is extremely quiet and the bathroom is comfortable. Parking is very easy and close to everything—walkable even!
