9.0/10 The location is great, the customer service is solid, and the value for money is good. WiFi is weak, some rooms are only reachable by stairs, and the sunbeds on the beach cost extra, though they’re offered at a substantial discount.

The view was enchanting, the room was beautiful and clean, and the facilities were perfect!

1.0/10 The staff were friendly, showing typical Greek hospitality, and they do their best, but the building is clearly run down and far from a 4‑star standard. I booked the Poros view room for a single night, yet the dirty window ruined the view. The room itself was dusty, poorly cleaned, and emitted a strong, headache‑inducing perfume that seemed to mask other odors. The bathroom was tiny, unclean, and had a uselessly short shower screen that left the floor soaking wet. Breakfast was below average, and beach access isn’t even included. While tolerable for one night, this property is severely overpriced for what it offers. I do not recommend it.
