The location is ideal, with buses and metro stations just a few meters away, and everything else (city center, beaches) is close enough to walk. Breakfast was good. The room wasn’t sound‑proof; I could hear water running in the neighboring room or the room above, doors closing, etc.

I stayed in a quiet room with very comfortable beds, but the bathtub was missing a divider, only a shower curtain was provided.

The bedding was decent for sleeping, but the location was terrible—finding the hotel was impossible because there were no signs or panels, and they had converted a floor of an old building into a hotel with nothing on the front door indicating it was there.
