The staff were great, helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The pool was nice and the hammam was fantastic, but the room got a bit noisy at night—probably someone moving furniture above. Overall, it was really tranquil.

The photos don’t do it justice! The rooms are gorgeous with plenty of sunbathing space on the roof. The staff were very friendly, especially Mohamed and the other man at reception whose name I can’t recall. They were always reachable on WhatsApp and even gave me a lift to my taxi to the airport, which is a short walk from Luciana. Breakfast was lovely too. Nothing else, except that the hairdryer isn’t very powerful, so bring your own if you need to blow‑dry.

The riad’s location is perfect, a true haven of peace in the Medina. The staff are attentive and welcoming, and the rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The spa is also superb. Nothing to add.

We loved our stay at this Riad—an ideal oasis tucked in Marrakech’s Medina. The staff were attentive, the décor was polished, and everything was very comfortable. Finding the Riad is a bit tricky because the GPS point on Google Maps is wrong, so we had to rely on a local guide, but once there it was completely free of city noise. Unmatched Moroccan hospitality!
