“Good location, but serious room, service, and security issues made the overall stay disappointing.”
I stayed at this hotel for two days and unfortunately had several serious issues during my stay. I booked a room for six people, but the sofa bed was missing a mattress. The toilet flush was also not working properly, which was very inconvenient. The most concerning issue was on the second day. The same room was apparently booked for another guest, and someone entered the room without any prior notice or knowledge on my part. This was a major security and privacy concern and made me very uncomfortable. When I reported the issue and asked why the room had been double-booked, some of the staff were rude and not very helpful. Overall, there were multiple issues with the room, basic amenities, customer service, and most importantly, security. I expected much better management and communication from the hotel. I would strongly recommend that the hotel address these issues to prevent this from happening to other guests. The location was good and convenient, with many restaurants and other places nearby, which was one of the positives of the stay
