“Muy mala”
The accommodation was fine, but there were bed bugs on my bed. I spent a horrible night calling reception, and they didn’t answer. We eventually gathered everything and went to reception, called again, and when they answered, the person said it was night and no one was there, and that they were coming. After I showed him the bites, we went back to the room so he could see the bed bugs. He implied that there had never been any before, that the hotel was full, refunded me, and offered me a coffee at 5 am. We had to find a hostel to rest because we slept nothing and kept scratching. We really expected a different treatment.
