The location was perfect, just off the highway, and the room was large and spacious with good pillows and linens. The bathroom was nice, featuring a shower/bathtub, and the direct TV offered a good selection of movies and shows. There was nothing to complain about.

I checked in at the desk and was met by the owner, who looked unkempt, and the office is actually her living space; I collected the key card, drove to the other side of the building, opened the door, and immediately smelled a stench and saw a very old, dingy interior that made me feel unsafe, so I left and had to beg another hotel for a room, thankfully they were sympathetic; I then returned to the original hotel, placed the key card on the front desk, and told the owner that I could not stay there; everything was terrible—stench, safety, a broken‑down facility that needs to be shut down.
