The hotel is very convenient to Clemson and Seneca, and parking is good. It feels a little dated but still somewhat fresh, very clean, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Rooms are pretty comfortable, and the shower water pressure was great. Breakfast included eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, some breads and sweets, coffee, and tea. When we first arrived the room smelled a bit musty, but it improved when we lowered the air‑conditioning a bit. The hallway had a similar smell, probably because some work was being done to the ceiling. We were on the 4th floor.

The spot is good, check‑in was easy, and breakfast was decent. The AC in the room was extremely loud, rattling on and off all night, making sleep impossible. Water stayed empty in the lobby for the whole stay, and the room rate felt a bit steep.
