Close to the sea. The rooms are in the basement and the bed in the upper room is patched but not permanently fixed.

The house was very clean and comfortable, very well located, and the small courtyard is nice. I think it's important to note that there are only 3 real rooms. The space with the bunk beds cannot be considered a real room; it is in a corridor that opens onto the other two rooms. Also note that 2 rooms, the bunk beds and a bathroom are in the basement. It was pleasant to be cool in the heat, but it doesn't give the same feel as the upstairs room.
