The location and access to the lifts was excellent! The breakfast buffet was amazing with such a wide variety of foods -- and everything I tried was delicious! The rooms were super clean, and the bed was the comfiest of the whole trip. The bathroom was also very nice and relaxing. No complaints

- dimmable room lighting - sufficient heating - good food - good service. - at dinner, a water carafe cost 4 €/l and I couldn't take it to the room - at another hotel nearby, a new glass bottle of water cost 2 €/l and it became mine - at one dinner, as the main course, I was served Ossobuco that had barely a teaspoon of meat — the rest was just bone - prosciutto with strawberries/chocolate — good only for a momentary wow effect lasting one day - during one afternoon buffet, the only savory option available was sandwiches, and they ran out 50 minutes before the buffet ended, leaving only sweet pastries, yet no one did anything about it - at one dinner, lamps hanging above some tables went out, and the manager fixed it by pushing a wooden board against the ceiling — it looked like she kept that board specifically for this purpose and knew exactly where to push - at the end, they asked me to pay the full amount, which I had already paid via Booking, but after a quick check, they acknowledged that I had already paid

The facility had every comfort. The room was clean and detailed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, strategically close to the city center. The breakfast was excellent!

The location in front of the bus stop and beside the cable was great. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. The staff were all very nice. The surroundings were surrounded by the SassoRungo and the Serra mountain range, which was impressive. I could enjoy the sunset and sunrise on the mountainside. I booked the stay the day before, and the staff answered questions quickly and emailed me the bus tickets. Even though it was the day before, I felt reassured. I would have liked a kettle for water and tea.
