The owner was wonderful and very helpful; from the moment I arrived she sent me directions and bus info and was always ready to help with anything I needed. I stayed for almost a month, so I can speak realistically. The cleaning man was also very polite. The building and area are completely safe, right opposite the Vatican sites. Overall, I have no complaints because I would be ungrateful. The stairs are close but not the fault of the accommodation; they’re quite tiring in the heat, and the cleaning was a bit slow for summer, especially at 2 pm.

Reservamos este apartamento porque tenía muy buena puntuación en Booking, pero nuestra experiencia no fue la esperada. A la llegada nos encontramos con que no se había retirado la basura y la limpieza general dejaba bastante que desear. El alojamiento no estaba tan cuidado como aparecía en las fotos. Además, se nos indicó que el apartamento era de uso exclusivo, pero durante la estancia hubo falta de comunicación. Una mañana la propietaria avisó de que entrarían unos trabajadores a recoger unas cosas, pero entraron sin esperar respuesta ni llamar al timbre, lo cual nos resultó incómodo. Por último, también nos sorprendió que se alojaran otros huéspedes en una habitación del mismo apartamento sin que se nos informara previamente, lo que generó bastante incomodidad, ya que no estábamos avisadas y no teníamos la sensación de privacidad que se nos había prometido. En general, la experiencia no se correspondió con lo anunciado
