They should focus more on room upkeep and cleaning; some tiles were stained and the faucets or fixtures weren’t shiny and spick‑and‑span. The doors needed repainting, and the TV channel selection was poor and uninteresting. The lounge felt dull and uninviting, and the bathroom had mosquitoes that could come in.
