The site is very well situated with a wide range of services, and the price is extremely competitive. The reception staff are cooperative and professional. The facilities need cleaning, the site’s cleanliness needs improvement, and the breakfast needs better quality.

The hotel was excellent: the reception, service, cleanliness, and security all stood out, and the staff were very professional and courteous—many thanks to the management and everyone on the team. I hope the management will seriously broaden the breakfast menu to include both Western and Egyptian/Oriental dishes and improve the entrance so the hotel’s beauty and excellent management shine through; I’d love for it to become the finest hotel in Egypt.
