Noting, my hotel room had a gross smell. When I arrived, the staff was very rude. Later, when I went to the front desk, I misread a sign, and the same person was rude again. I will never stay here again and I don’t recommend it. If I could get my money back for that night, I would.

I was immediately judged the moment I stepped through the door after a long drive, and the staff, including the manager, seemed to think I didn't speak their language even though I do, and they spoke badly about me. They even mentioned an extra fee that I didn't want to pay, even though the employee had already removed it. The employees were rude, and I will never come back.
