“Una mierda”

Nada. We booked a room for three people with the app’s option of three double beds, but upon arrival we found only one double bed for three people. After calling, the staff were not honest, blamed cleaning and organization, and we had no reasonable solution. We were forced to move to another room 20 minutes later after parking the car and unpacking. The service was terrible; they would call when they had something to check, but wouldn’t respond until we called back. Unacceptable, do not recommend.

The location is great, Wi‑Fi is fine, clean, and the cleaning service is very good. The kitchen is well equipped with basic utensils and spices. During our stay the owner was unreachable, there was a sewage and hot‑water outage, rooms were very small, the location was misrepresented on Booking, and the entry code didn’t work properly.

The spot is great, but the hot water never worked and the room was noisy because the windows aren’t thick glass and the blinds don’t close properly, letting in street noise.

Nice location and direct contact. I would have preferred a room with a wardrobe.
