The staff here are really something else - super professional and patient, which made our stay a breeze. What really impressed us was that the hotel feels like a service apartment, with a kitchen and laundry facilities, including a washing machine. We even requested a European pillow and it was delivered right away. Being part of Accor and being relatively new probably has something to do with the high level of service.
There were a couple of things that didn't quite work for us - the showerhead didn't have great water pressure, and the toilet was a bit of a squeeze for guys trying to, you know, do their business.
We were pretty happy with our stay here, but there were a few things that could've been better. For one, the drawers in our room were empty, which meant we had to keep asking housekeeping for stuff like pens and needles. Maybe just having some basic supplies on hand would make a big difference?
Honestly, everything was great - no complaints there. On the flip side, nothing was bad either - it was all good!
