The food in the half-board arrangement was exceptional, and the animation team was unobtrusive and friendly.
The hotel's location, just a stone's throw away from the beach, was one of its best features.
The nearby beach was stunning, although it's worth noting that it's not directly adjacent to the hotel.

Everything was perfect!
“Tranquilidad, variedad y buen servicio.”
Breakfasts and dinners were very good in variety and quality, and the staff at reception, the dining area, and the pool zone were consistently friendly and efficient. The dinner closing time for Spanish guests is too early, especially since everything is already cleared by 21h, and the option to rent a bathrobe by paying per day instead of putting down a deposit is missing.

Everyone at the reception was friendly, the cleaning staff were calm and nice, and everyone was pleasant at the dining area and pool. Everything else was fine, though the sand at the beach has become a bit poorer now compared to before.
