“Reliable and comfortable stay”
This hotel is fantastic and comfortable, just like the Arlo I stayed at in NYC eight years ago; the consistency between the two is amazing. From the signature scent in the lobby to the extremely attentive and friendly staff, I’ll keep booking here whenever I’m in a city with an Arlo. The room was great, especially the exposed brick. The bathroom lacks a vent fan, so it gets steamy and a bit humid, and I almost missed my dry‑cleaning pickup before an important event, but the General Manager handled it superbly and made up for the inconvenience.
