All staff were very friendly
The property is well organised and meticulously maintained; the spa and both indoor and outdoor pools are lovely, and the breakfast is excellent. The spa hours on weekends could be improved – it would be better if it were open both in the morning and afternoon.
The swimming pool was beautiful and the wellness center was great. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection and variety. The spa was only available during certain hours.

The garden and pool were decent, and the location was convenient with the city center within walking distance. However, the room felt cramped, very outdated, and offered no comfort; the wallpaper, phone, and wardrobes were heavily yellowed. The balcony door was warped and wouldn’t close. Breakfast was extremely simple, and for about €200 a night the hotel was wildly overpriced.
