We loved everything except the breakfast, which wasn’t varied; the croissants were bad and the jam was industrial.

The location is great, right in the fishing village. Be aware that the road closes to cars from 18:00 to 22:00, so arrive earlier to catch the taxi. There are markets nearby, the sea is nice, and the hostel has private beach beds, a comfortable bed, and a large sea‑view balcony. There was no water in the shower for most of the last two days, so we had to move to another room. The staff arranged a shower area for us, but the experience was still uncomfortable. There is no elevator; you have to walk up two floors to reach the larger rooms.

The location and size of the hotel were great. We were on the top floor and the room was pretty decent, a bit old‑fashioned but functional. It felt a bit dated, which added some charm, but the bathroom was also a bit old‑fashioned. It was quite noisy because of the location; the nearby Coco Tams made a lot of noise. The breakfast wasn’t very good.

The spot was perfect for getting to Fisherman’s Market, but the place got noisy until the end of the night because of cleanup crews after the market closed, and there was a bit of black mould on the bedroom walls.

The staff were attentive and caring, but the hotel itself feels a little outdated.
