We started off really badly. A gecko fell from the air conditioner onto our bed, and we asked an employee about it; she handled it with her hand but no one changed the bed linen or pillow. The staff couldn’t communicate at all, and the location is far from the center. After the gecko incident we were not impressed at all.

No breakfast was offered, but a 20‑minute walk into town on the back way and a taxi back worked fine. The air‑con was good, but the pillows were bad; a different, softer pillow would be nice. Location, pillows, communication were issues.

The hotel sits in the suburbs of Pai among farmers’ fields with a perfect view of the mountains. It consists of separate bungalows (I recommend the ones with AC) surrounded by trees and flowers. The rooms have the same level of comfort as a hotel in a big city: AC, Wi‑Fi, hot water, TV, etc., yet all the pluses of rural life are present: singing birds perched on trees just 3‑5 m away and cows chewing grass. The road to Pai is nearby but not noisy. If you want to reach Pai by foot, just download maps.me and follow the path through fields to avoid the auto road; it will take 15‑17 minutes to reach Pai walking street. The owner is a very nice, honest, and hospitable man. You can have breakfast in the hotel (I liked it). There are some village shops nearby. This location is also ideal to start treks to waterfalls. Nothing negative.

Beautiful property just outside of the centre of pai surrounded by nature. The owner was so nice and helped us with everything we needed. The room was great value for the money and satisfied our needs

Not far from Pai but very quiet and idyllic, a simple but clean little house (when we were there it was very cold at night, but we received a second blanket). Plenty of options to sit and relax on the grounds, a good Western breakfast, and a very friendly owner. The bed was unfortunately very hard.
