Everything was great: food for every taste, a fantastic water park, comfortable and clean rooms, well‑maintained pools and grounds, and free, regular shuttles to the beach. If you don’t want to walk two minutes to the sea, don’t be afraid of the second line—getting to the beach is really close. The only downside was the lack of prosecco; only brut was available, which was a bit surprising since I don’t drink anything else.

The staff are very polite, responsive, and always greet you. I’d like to single out Sudeñaz, the girl at the entrance of the main restaurant, who always waves, smiles, and welcomes guests. Everything is clean, windows are washed, and the grounds are kept spotless nonstop. The property is huge with plenty of daytime and nighttime entertainment. The pools are clean and numerous; the slides are old but well maintained. Overall, only positive vibes. Check out the fresh review on YouTube on the Sergitosi or Serges Yurkovs channel. The only issue was a leaking shower cabin.

There are plenty of pools and always a spot on the beach, good water slides, an interesting evening program, and they upgraded my family room instead of the usual one. The food is monotonous almost every day. The pool animators called the same people for games and entertainment, ignoring others.

The resort offered many pools, plenty of kid activities, a varied menu, evening shows, and excellent massage therapists, though the Wi‑Fi was weak in some spots.
