The staff were very good. The place was unhygienic, with old worn‑out furniture, stained sheets, and it felt like a cheap lodge; the photos and reality were completely different. Tiny roaches were spotted. No doubt it was cheap, but the neighborhood was good. I don’t mind old furniture, but at least neatness is required. I didn’t stay there because I saw the room before check‑in and cancelled the booking instantly.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. Although the staff were exceptional and made my stay worthwhile, the hotel's image was tarnished by some of its policies, which I felt were questionable. The staff's professionalism and courtesy were truly commendable, but the hotel's reputation took a hit due to its handling of certain situations.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with this hotel, and its shameless disregard for cleanliness and hygiene was a major turn-off. The moment I stepped inside, I was hit with a pungent smell that lingered throughout my stay. The presence of mosquitoes only added to my discomfort, making for a truly unpleasant experience.

I was quite impressed with the hotel's location, which made it easy to get around the city. However, my experience was marred by the state of the room - it was dirty, the bathroom was in a sorry state, and the taps, shower, and toilet weren't functioning properly. To make matters worse, there was a foul smell in the room, and I even spotted some unwanted guests - mosquitoes - buzzing around.
