“Best Resort of the area”

We were the only couple at the resort during our stay, and the staff gave us exceptionally good treatment. Their wisdom and knowledge of the area and of English helped us find the activity we were looking for. The facilities lack traditional tents, and they also don’t have animals for the activities that are most requested in the area, but the owner knows many reliable people.

“I would not recommend”

The location and breakfast were good. I didn’t like the other patrons, Mongolians, yelling at us in the hot tub for wearing swimsuits and trying to force us to be naked. The restaurant didn’t have any of the food we wanted and the food we were able to get was extremely dry. I tried having a few cocktails to help ease the frustration and it took two hours to get our food and our one cocktail. I booked a three‑bed deluxe room and ended up in a ger 150 yards away from the building. We were not prepared for that.

Everything was perfect. The only comment is that the food arrived a little slow; I understand it was a busy period but we had to wait over an hour for our meal.

“Facilities are amazing but needs to improve on services”

The reception building and guest room had good facilities. We stayed in a Ger; the bathroom was installed inside and it was very clean and functional. Wifi and data connection were good, and I really liked the facilities. The check‑in process took a very long time and we missed spa time. The foods at the restaurant were not good, expensive, and offered very few choices of local food—it felt like a Japanese restaurant. We expected something local. The staff were very few and hard to reach, especially at the restaurant. In the room, the phone to the reception did not work.

“ラグジュアリーな自然体験”

I was pleased with the cleanliness of the gel. There weren't any notable drawbacks to my stay. Overall, everything was satisfactory.
