The staff are as helpful and friendly as usual. The street noise reaches the 14th floor.

The place feels cozy and a bit tucked away, which I like. It’s far enough from the noise yet close to all the fun. A perfect spot for those who want to pay a bit more and still get a good night’s sleep. It’s next to the Mirage Hotel, and if you can’t find it, the staff there are always happy to help. Just ask any local 😇. Everything was perfect.

After a 12‑hour flight, we were given a connecting room with two queen beds even though we had declined an upgrade at check‑in. The constant TV noise from the neighbouring room kept us awake, so I had to pay a 50 % late check‑out fee to recover. Reception should listen to guests’ preferences and be aware of the noise issues with connecting rooms; a quiet standard room would have been far more appreciated than an unwanted upgrade.

The breakfast buffet offered a great variety and quality. The staff were friendly, except for the parking attendants. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated having a microwave in the room. The room’s smell and the bed sheets could use improvement, and the sink was clogged.
