Staying right in the city centre was a plus, and I got a large room where I could relax on a soft futon all by myself without hearing any voices or traffic noise. The building feels a bit dated, giving the impression of a high‑end shop rather than a hotel.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately, their system for handling guests after 9 pm was a bit of a mess. I had to wait in another room and then get called over the phone when they were ready to see me. I ended up checking out a bit early since I had an early appointment and didn't want to wait around.

The staff were really kind and helpful, but unfortunately, the hotel's bathroom was a bit of a letdown. The bathtub was ancient and the shower wasn't working, which made for a pretty disappointing stay.

The location was super convenient for getting to Hirome Market, but it was a shame that it got really quiet at night. I loved being close to all the action, but I wish I could've slept in a bit later without being disturbed.
