“A prepaid stay ruined by fake photos, filthy smelly rooms, filthy bathrooms, and dishonest staff”
I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, I could smell the strong odor emanating from the rooms and bathrooms. The pictures online were completely misleading, and when I confronted the staff, they shamelessly told me that they were fake. The rooms were unclean, with stained bed sheets and dirty bathrooms full of insects. The only reason I stayed was because I had prepaid for the room and my credit card had already been charged.
While the hotel's location was convenient, being close to the town and other amenities, my stay was marred by the poor maintenance of the room. The toilet was dirty and smelly, and the linen and bed sheet were also dirty and not replaced. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained, which was a major letdown.
