Getting there by public transport was easy, and check‑in was smooth. The window couldn’t open fully, only tilt‑open. The fridge was loud and kept turning on frequently.

It was a very quiet and convenient spot, check‑in was easy and fast. I would stay in the room again. The only thing that bothered me was the bathroom drain getting clogged.

No staff on site; only reached by phone after several attempts. The TV was unusable and no remote was provided (the operator told me over the phone to talk to the cleaning lady in the morning, but I never saw her). There was no light in the hallway, making it hard to find the room while carrying luggage. I complained, but it was the same on the best day. The hair dryer was unusable because the motor overheated immediately. The bathroom outlet was unsecured and fell out of the wall. The price was far too high, even during trade fair periods.

Cold shower – upon arrival you walk into a dark hallway with no light and it’s unclear where to go – very confusing.
