The spot was convenient and parking was easy, yet it felt extremely old‑fashioned, there was no bedside table, the cleaning fell short, I had to request the window mould be cleaned, the bathroom exhaust looked dirty, the bed sheet had a tear, the cleaners emptied the bin but left the tea bags next to it because they didn't fit, and they didn't clean the used cups either.

The breakfast was generous, but I would have appreciated directions from the station; it would have been nice to see signs pointing to Nagano Station, like “exit east side of Nagano Station, left” or a notice board.

It was close to the train station and the room was well furnished, with no issues.
