The hotel's location is a major plus, being close to SM and Ayala malls, but the lack of a phone in our room made it hard to communicate with the staff when we needed something. I had to call the customer service number, but unfortunately, no one responded. To make matters worse, there's no elevator, which made it a struggle for my mom with osteoarthritis to get to the 3rd floor.

While the facility is generally clean, I encountered a few issues during my stay that left a bit of a sour taste. The lack of a lift is a major concern for guests with mobility issues or those using wheelchairs, and I was surprised to find small insects crawling around the toilet area and desk space. To top it off, the shower water had a stale smell, like it hadn't been used in a while.

The hotel's location is one of its best features, but it's a shame that there's no elevator. I mean, it's not the end of the world, but it can be a hassle, especially if you're carrying heavy bags or have mobility issues.

This hotel is perfect for big groups who want to stay together and enjoy each other's company - the location is fantastic and the rooms are spacious enough for everyone to bond. However, the lack of an extra key can be a bit of a pain when you want to split up and come back later. You can ask the staff to let you in, but it's not always convenient.

The hotel's position is really good, but unfortunately, the facilities let it down. The hot water was erratic, and sometimes the water coming through was dirty. It was a bit of a disappointment, especially considering the hotel's other strengths.
