The location isn’t exactly central, but it’s inside the centre, just 10 m from Palermo’s most touristy street. Despite being on the sixth floor, there were no noise problems. The staff were attentive and waited for us when our flight was delayed. The room was more than adequate. The outdoor facilities, especially the elevator that should be in a museum, were not very safe (though we didn’t have any problems).

The only thing that worked was the location. The host was completely unresponsive. The apartment on the 6th floor had a broken elevator, and we had to wait a long time for construction workers to free the space. There was no signage at the building entrance, making it look like a shady activity. We told the owner about our concerns and he muttered a brief apology while keeping a cold, icy expression. The paid parking the owner mentioned was hard to find even on Google Maps. When we asked about traffic in the ZTL, he gave no answer. A total escape.

la posizione centralissima e le finestre sui tetti di palermo… incantevole!!! si vede anche il mare …una vista insuperabile. l’ arredamento dell appartamento molto ampio è strano …funzionale… ma una sorta di mix di mobili forse dei nonni parcheggiati lì’ in attesa di esser utilizzati …una cyclette su un tavolo …cose così
