The room was very nice, modern, and cozy, located in a particularly beautiful and central spot. Self‑check‑in was hassle‑free, and the communication was friendly and quick. I especially liked the surroundings—right in a gorgeous part of town and only about two minutes on foot from the Caracalla Therme. Overall, I felt very comfortable and would come back.

I was in the perfect spot, literally a stone's throw from the baths on the pedestrian street right in the heart of the city, so the restaurants and little shops were just around the corner. The place was spotless and cozy, and the room was really spacious. The only downside was that there was no high table, which made eating in the room a bit inconvenient.

The location, the style, and the cleanliness were all great. The stairs are very steep and uncomfortable, especially when you’re carrying a suitcase, which is usually the case, and that’s terrible.

We loved the quality of the facilities, the cleanliness, and the central location just steps from the baths. The parking is paid but very close to the hotel. The self‑check‑in lets you be completely independent. Our host was extremely friendly. Thank you! The only issue was the lack of parking; we had to use the covered public parking, which costs up to 25€ for a daily rate.
