Everything was perfect. The hotel is a beautiful property outside the chaos, in a quiet residential area. The staff were kind, polite, and spoke perfect English, which is a big plus in Japan. The room was spacious, clean, and had its own laundry. The comfortable beds let us sleep very well. One thing to note is that rooms were only cleaned every three days.

The owner greeted us warmly and proved to be an excellent host; the room was tidy, comfortable, and well arranged, and it was very baby‑friendly. Although the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, the owner supplied a great list of nearby eateries and attractions, and we’d definitely return.

“Un recuerdo maravilloso”

The room and the house itself were comfortable, well‑kept, and cozy. The staff that welcomed us were exceptionally courteous, meticulous, and took the time to explain how the hotel worked, how to use the room, and offered great tips for dinner and sightseeing. Both the kids and we felt very at ease throughout our stay. It’s the kind of people and place that become an unforgettable memory. The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer to explore more of the area.

A good standard room but for 4 person the room is very small, particularly when you have a luggage. The staff was friendly but it should be clearly communicated that the parking and off and loading of luggage is limited to stay only in front of location
