A scooter rental agency, activities, and even a bus ticket office are right next to the hotel.

I found the staff to be unprofessional; I never saw a manager. My driver left a parcel for me, but no one seemed interested in locating it—each time I asked, there was a two‑second glance and then “not here.” The chair in the room was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever sat on. The breakfast staff were unfriendly, and after staying for seven days, it felt unprofessional to be asked daily for my “ticket.” The room air‑con was useless, and with no manager to check in, I would never stay there again.

The staff were super friendly, the breakfast was amazing, and the room was the most economical yet still great value for the price. It’s also very well located.

The rooftop restaurant and bar had stunning views, and the hotel’s location was convenient. The room was cozy, clean, and nicely decorated, and the staff were friendly. I’d definitely book again if I’m back in Pakse. No negatives mentioned.
