I'm still fuming about our experience at Hollywood Sands. We never even got to see the place because they claimed they didn't have our reservation. My sister-in-law had the same problem, and she'd booked directly with them. They kept blaming a third-party booking service for the mix-up, but it was clear that was just a convenient excuse. Needless to say, we won't be back.
