The location was excellent—it was a little hidden paradise that was totally unexpected. The staff were totally amazing, and I tend to ask a lot of questions and they had no problem answering them.

Shared kitchen and garden terrace; Deuce bus station is nearby, making transportation to the city and airport easy. The towel was not clean, the kitchen was not clean, and the shared dining room is quite small.

It's veryI want to express my serious dissatisfaction with the conditions and treatment I experienced at the Bungalows. The facility felt unsanitary, and I was very uncomfortable with what I perceived as racial profiling by management. I felt that Black guests were being grouped together in the same rooms rather than being treated fairly and given the benefit of the doubt regarding cleanliness and the condition of their personal space. I believe every guest deserves to be treated with equal respect, dignity, and fairness, regardless of race. When I raised my concerns, I did not feel that management was reasonable, understanding, or willing to address the situation appropriately. Based on my experience, the Bungalows is not a place I would recommend to anyone or ask anyone to stay. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful changes to ensure that all guests are treated fairly and provided with a clean, safe, and respectful environment. I do not like the environment or the way rooms are kept. The rooms smell and are unsanitary, and the air conditioning barely works, making it uncomfortably hot. I'm also concerned about how guests are treated, including what feels like racial profiling by management.
