The breakfast was good. There were no glasses in the room and no shampoo in the bathroom, and the hotel didn’t provide a list of extension numbers, not even for reception. There was no instruction on how to use the TV or which channels were available, and no information about the drinks and food offered on the ground floor, let alone a price list. The pillows were below expectations.

The staff were wonderful and helpful, and I felt very welcomed. Everything was perfect.

The room was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a hot shower. The breakfast was generous and offered many options. The parking lot is a bit tight, but they maneuver the car for us, so it doesn’t bother.

The central street is extremely noisy.

The location isn’t bad. The bathroom and especially the shower area were not clean, there was noise in the corridors, no air conditioning, and the room lighting was poor.
