The apartment sits in a very good location, is nicely arranged with comfortable beds, and maintains a high level of hygiene with daily cleaning by the staff. It features a well‑equipped kitchen and offers a lovely view of the mountains. We also enjoyed free sunbeds and umbrellas on the hotel's beach. Thank you very much, it was a pleasant stay, we will come back again! Highly recommend!

“Полный стресс”

The new apartments have everything inside. The nearest beach, Yaze, is beautiful and clean, though that’s not the hotel’s fault. Getting there the first time was impossible because there was no exit on the maps, so we circled the road and arrived after check‑in time. I called the phone number listed on Booking, and a man yelled at us, not even realizing which hotel we were calling. Thanks to a saintly woman, who works under her master’s labor, she let us in. There was only one employee (besides the yelling man on the phone, who eventually hung up saying to wait until morning, which was absurd); that woman handled check‑ins, check‑outs, and cleaned all the floors herself! This business is built on exploitation! Parking was insufficient, there was nowhere to stand, and on the first floor there was a production area and a dump.

The place felt like a small house with all the necessary items. When I arrived, there was no reception; the staff called a woman to hand over the room, and she told me the payment had to be in cash. This was really annoying, especially since there was no place to exchange money in Montenegro. Despite no mention during booking or afterward that only cash was accepted, they insisted it was the only method. On the first and second days I tried to withdraw money from many ATMs in Budva center; most wouldn't allow transactions. When I reported this to hotel management, they said they couldn't help and I had to find another way to withdraw. I barely managed to withdraw at the sixth ATM, paying a 45 Euro commission. Another issue was people repeatedly entering our room. Even though we asked not to let anyone in for cleaning, the room attendant would force the door with a key each morning without knocking, which was very frustrating. The towels left in the room were visibly soiled. I definitely do not recommend staying at this establishment. No regular staff were present, and we felt uneasy about security throughout our holiday.
