I was very satisfied with the meals. The futon was thin and caused body aches.

The bath was great—my mom loves it and has stayed several times a year. I was disappointed that the all‑you‑can‑drink period had been shortened and made more expensive, so I didn’t take advantage of it, even though it was the only highlight. I think the all‑you‑can‑drink plates should be hung from the neck; other hotels do that and it’s very convenient.

The Mōl Onsen was gentle on the skin and felt very pleasant. The room was a Japanese style with futon brought in. I’d stayed there before, but overall it felt a bit old. The front desk staff seemed to be new management and were foreigners. Breakfast had a decent variety, but the rice and bread were mediocre.

The bathroom and washroom in the room were spotless and felt great, and I was thrilled to be able to ride a balloon in the courtyard; the room itself was spacious and I liked that.

The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, the bathtub was roomy and comfortable, and I could try a sunrise hot‑air balloon just outside the hotel, which made the experience feel out of the ordinary.
