We could use the spa until 20h30, the restaurant and breakfast were fine, and the upgrade gave us a small balcony overlooking the forest. The spa had damp mattresses, and people confused the camping pool area with the spa relaxation zone; the view from our room looked out onto the spa’s outdoor terrace with those same damp mattresses, and it was all left untouched for two days without bothering anyone. We had to cross the hotel in a bathrobe to the reception to request the sauna be turned on, because there was no hostess nearby. The rooms stayed warm even after we turned off the heating system; we had to open the windows and let mosquitoes in. We couldn’t turn on the AC because the system was controlled solely by the hotel. The bedding was too soft, the room was tiny with little space around the bed, and the daily parking rate felt a bit high.
