I recently checked into this place and the facilities were adequate, but the person I spoke to at the reception number—probably the owner—was rude and unprofessional. Hospitality should at least have basic courtesy, and this fell short. I hope they improve this for future guests.

Nothing to like. Initially when I came to know the situation the owner said if you want to cancel the booking then give me 1000rs (which is more than 1 day rent). I had no other choice i couldn't get any other rooms. I stayed there. Civil alteration work was going on the 1st floor. They allocate a room on the 2nd floor. As I went with my mother 70 years old She found it difficult to get on the stairs

The location was fine, but the place was not clean, the door lock was broken and covered with paper, there was a strange smell in the room, no ventilation, and the bathroom was dirty.
